The stay was economic, no bells or whistles, however the room was very clean. The staff/owner was friendly and helpful. It's a great alternative to expensive rooms in State College, 25 minutes to Beaver Stadium. I recommend for anyone looking for a basic room at a good price.

Very clean and perfect for a one night stay!! Owners were very nice and the location was great!! We came to area to spend 2 days at Black Moshannon State Park which was only 10 miles away. We enjoyed breakfast at the American Diner which was just across the street!!!
