all was good except of 1 issue: the sink drainage was so-so: it got stuck and then resolved, and this happened in the evening and then in the morning.

The stay was economic, no bells or whistles, however the room was very clean. The staff/owner was friendly and helpful. It's a great alternative to expensive rooms in State College, 25 minutes to Beaver Stadium. I recommend for anyone looking for a basic room at a good price.

Very clean and perfect for a one night stay!! Owners were very nice and the location was great!! We came to area to spend 2 days at Black Moshannon State Park which was only 10 miles away. We enjoyed breakfast at the American Diner which was just across the street!!!
