The stay was economic, no bells or whistles, however the room was very clean. The staff/owner was friendly and helpful. It's a great alternative to expensive rooms in State College, 25 minutes to Beaver Stadium. I recommend for anyone looking for a basic room at a good price.

Very clean and perfect for a one night stay!! Owners were very nice and the location was great!! We came to area to spend 2 days at Black Moshannon State Park which was only 10 miles away. We enjoyed breakfast at the American Diner which was just across the street!!!

The motel is a nice place to stay, not alot of choices in Philipsburg but we have stayed there for years when we visit relatives and it serves the purpose. The staff are very friendly and the room is very clean. Everything you need for a few nights stay. It is not the most modern place but comfy.

The location was perfect for us, driving from D.C. to Niagra. The beds were comfy. And everything seemed clean.
